Day 2: Boston

Cambridge & beyond.

Cambridge, Boston, Skyline, Charles River, Sailboats

Once you’ve got a feel for central Boston, thanks to the Day 1 Boston itinerary, it’s time to explore a little further afield using the T.

Morning

Take the T to Harvard Station in Cambridge where you’ll find plenty of good eating options for both breakfast and lunch around Harvard Square. It’s just a short walk from here to the gates of Harvard University and to the Harvard Art Museums.

Afternoon

Use the afternoon and the T to tour one of Boston’s iconic but less central sights.

If history inspires you, don’t miss visiting the USS Constitution; baseball fans head to [Fenway Park] for a tour; or for the natural wonders of the sea, visit the New England Aquarium, or even, better, join a Whale Watching trip from the adjacent wharf.
