Sports & Activities

Being half-in and half-out of the Caribbean (in the Atlantic) Barbados has a perfect blend of sea conditions to host an array of activities in and on the water. There are warm calm shallows to float in or snorkel, and wilder waves to suit surfers, windsurfers and kitesurfers. The reefs, while not the most pristine in the region, still attract plenty of colourful fish, while coral-encrusted shipwrecks provide ample interest for scuba divers.

Cruises & Sailing

Those who want to glimpse the underwater world without getting wet, can do so through the porthole of a submarine, or from a glass-bottomed boat.

Taking a catamaran cruise is an absolute must, when you can combine the luxury lifestyle of lazing on deck, sipping cocktails, with a spot of snorkelling and swimming.
