Eat & Drink Central

Cafés and restaurants are limited in central Barbados, though there’s a cluster of business lunch venues round the major business and retail area of Warrens, with Café 195 the pick of the bunch. Further east, towards the home decor and furnishing outlets in Canewood, Open Kitchen stands out. If you’re heading north, along Highway 2A, the outdoor food court, next to the Cost-U-Less supermarket at Welches, is another popular lunch stop.

Several of the tourist attractions in the central area, such as the Flower Forest and Gun Hill, also have decent cafés in attractive leafy surroundings.
