Peruvian Cooking Class
aka Pete’s Cooking Class

These classes usually begin with a tour of San Pedro, then a fruit course, pisco sours, ceviche and lomo saltado.
This is the only cooking school that also does a cocktails and chocolates class, below. You learn how chocolate is made, how to temper chocolate and then you get to make. tray of small chocolates with a variety of toppings. It’s usually scheduled afterwards for people who want to do both.
This cooking school was founded by a Peruvian named Pedro, who thought Pete’s Cooking Class was a more marketable name. He’s since relabeled Peruvian Cooking Class, but you’ll still see it called Pete’s in some reviews.
The cooking class is at Calle San Juan de Dios 283 and the chocolate class is on the corner of San Juan de Dios and Calle Granada
