Tusayan Greenway

Multi-use hike/bike trail

Beginning in the Kaibab National Forest in Tusayan adjacent to the IMAX Theater, the 6.5-mile (500-foot elevation gain) paved and gravel, multi-use trail connects with the Bright Angel Bike Rental shop at the National Park Visitor Centre at Mather Point.

A 2–3-foot wide equestrian runs beside the 8-foot-wide hike/bike trail. Bikers only pay $15 park admission instead of the standard $30/vehicle.

Visitors can park at the trailhead parking lot and ride the free park shuttle buses, with bike racks, that service stops in Tusayan. The trailhead also accesses the Arizona Trail that stretches 800 miles from Mexico to Utah.
