Tough to drive past Neil’s hole-in-the-wall coffee place, north of Muri on Rarotonga’s east coast. Not that you’re likely to miss it, but it’s more or less opposite KAPS Matavera petrol station and grocery store.
This is a serious locals’ morning hangout for the best coffee and pastries on the island. Nabbing a parking spot may not be easy. Relax at the tables with your morning fix and listen to local gossip.
Neil roasts beans for the whole island and his operation is legendary, even hosting visiting television crews.
