ITINERARIES & TOURS

No doubt about it, the Cook Islands are a Pacific paradise to be explored and enjoyed. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to do so.

Taking into account that you may be planning to do absolutely nothing at all, we’re suggesting staying at least a week on Rarotonga. There are lots of options if you’re feeling active.

Only about a fifth of visitors make it as far as Aitutaki, many of those on a day trip from Rarotonga. That is a real shame, because ‘the most beautiful lagoon on the planet’ and Aitutaki Island deserve more of your time than a day. We reckon it would be a waste to be regretted if you didn’t spend at least three nights here.
