A deservedly popular open-air lunch spot and convenient coffee meeting place for busy professionals, The Mill is also good for a leisurely weekend brunch.
Dine on picnic tables beside the eponymous ruined mill, albeit close to a busy road.
The owner-chef’s fine-dining background shines through in nicely presented creative dishes, including on-trend tasty poké bowls and ramen soups – in addition to house-made burgers, wraps and other delicious lite bites.
Plenty of vegetarian options.
Location: Lot 3, Canewood Industrial Park, Central Barbados, not too far from Warrens. Buses #4, #4A, and 3 pass within a ten-minute walk of the restaurant. Opposite Open Kitchen restaurant.
Tue–Sat lunch 11am–3pm, Sun brunch 9am–2pm.
