You will find it impossible to enter this shop and not buy some of the delicious confitures on display.
You can find Confitures Herbin on rue Palmero just outside the old town. The shop and factory stretch through from one street (rue Palmero) to the other (rue du Vieux Collège).
Made on the premises
Everything is made on the premises (you can tour the factory every day except weekends) from local produce such as lemons, dried fruits, flowers and vegetables. Furthermore, there are honeys of every description, pâtes, mustards, condiments and olive oil to name but a few.
