Eat, Drink & Enjoy Christchurch

Funky Bar

This is a city that’s getting its mojo back with some exciting urban renewal after more than a decade of tough years.

Eating & Drinking

Hospitality entrepreneurs have come up with some unique new spaces such as Riverside Market and Little High Eatery in the city, while good eateries are also to be found in the surrounding suburban hubs.

Bars, cafes and restaurants are humming again along Oxford Tce and also in the New Regent Quarter.

Head further afield and you’ll find hip cafes in Lyttleton, French-influenced food in Akaroa, top winery restaurants around Waipara and tasty craft beer in Lincoln.

Entertainment

For what’s going on in the city, check out the Canterbury Gig Guide.
