STATES

Waiting for a great sunset, it ended up being a quiet and muted color at dusk. I was attracted to the leading lines.

New England is not especially large. It is possible to pass through all its states in a one day of determined driving. To do so, however, is to miss the point. Every state –nay, every town! – has its own character, so it’s well worth exploring for as long as you can.

Connecticut possesses understated, classic charm. Life’s a beach in Rhode Island.

Vermont and New Hampshire (NH) are like rival twins, not just in shape, but with Vermont the liberal, socially minded outdoor playground and New Hampshire as the libertarian freedom-loving one.
