A Baroque masterpiece

The majestic Baroque church of San Miguel can be found in a quiet street close to Plaza de la Villa.

Designed by Italian architect Santiago Bonavia for the five-year-old Archbishop of Toledo, the youngest son of King Felipe V, the church has an innovative convex façade and a magnificent interior.
