Lanhydrock

Cornwall's finest country estate

Lanhydrock 01

Bewitching Lanhydrock is Cornwall’s most impressive stately home. Built in 17th century it was extensively re-modelled after a fire in 1881. The result is a luxurious, Victorian country estate.

Inside

You get to wander corridors, dropping by the grand family dining room and comfortable bedrooms. There are also intriguing insights into life for the servants as you nose around the kitchen and scullery.

The Grounds

Trails wind through gardens that are famous for herbaceous borders, geometric flower beds, camellias, magnolias and rhododendrons. The parkland features riverside woodland walking trails. While the off road cycling routes cover a range of skill levels – you can hire a bike on site.
