Rarotonga Food & Drink

Rarotonga lives off tourist dollars, so there are lots of places to eat and drink right around the island. We’ve listed some favourites here, but there are plenty more out there.

Self-caterers should explore the options in the Rarotonga Shopping section, including the CITC Supermarket and various smaller grocery markets. Roadside stalls are good for fresh fruit and vegetables.

There are lots of decent budget to mid-range places at which to eat, including cafes and markets. The Muri Night Markets are extremely popular.

Fine dining, though limited, is best at resort restaurants.

Feast & Culture Shows are a popular evening option.
