A fabulous French bakery on the West Coast, just north of Holetown, though the pastry chef in charge of the croissants, including the to-die-for almond and chocolate varieties – as good, if not better than any you’ll find in Paris – is 100% Bajan.
There are also baguettes, other bread, quiches and savoury-filled croissants on offer. Stock up for a breakfast picnic to have over the road at the Folkestone Marine Reserve.
