Pulpo a la Gallega
Galician-style octopus

Sliced octopus cooked a la gallega (in the Galician style), in other words boiled up, sliced, doused in salt, olive oil and pimentón and served with sliced potatoes. It is also known as pulpo á feira.
Never eat it with a fork but only with cocktail sticks as the metal changes the flavour and texture.
