Fancy fusion

Locally owned, this cozy restaurant has a lot of creative dishes made with Andean ingredients. Expect traditional dishes like ají de gallina and chaufa, but with little twists that make them gourmet fusion.

There are only a handful of tables downstairs, but if it looks full you can almost always get a table upstairs.

They also have a great drink menu, making this one of the most comfortable places near the Plaza de Armas to have a quality cocktail.
