Local

All local ingredients (b,l,d; $$)

As the name suggests, this restaurant uses local ingredients, mostly from the Sacred Valley. I highly recommend the trout (pictured) and the thyme soda. All the mocktails are creative and delicious.

I’ve tried most of the pastas and salads, which were all great. The only thing on the menu I didn’t like was a baked potato, corn and cheese thing in the “wood fired” section of the menu. It was burned, dry and bland.
