Bom-Banes

Quirky neighbourhood restaurant (d; ££)

Jane Bom-Bane

For a taste of off-beat Brighton at its best, head to Bom-Banes, a small, homely restaurant tucked away in Kemptown. Serving homemade Belgian and European food, there is more to this establishment than the mouth-watering cooking.

The owner, Jane Bombane, is a perfect hostess and don't be surprised if she bursts into song or recites a poem. The mechanical tables are fun and you will be amazed at Jane's wide selection of hats. A wonderfully whimsical and unforgettable dining experience!
