Cusco Bars

The author with a round of Pisco Sours

Cusco bars are generally called “restobar,” a fun combo of restaurant + bar. The traditional bars where only drinks are served closed during the pandemic and the permanent solution seems to be the restobar.

Calle Tecsecocha

If you’re close to the Plaza de Armas, check out Calle Tecsecocha. The street has about a dozen bars all together and in the evening blocks off the street and fills it with tables.

There’s always live music on the weekends and it’s a great place for bar hopping. From the plaza, walk up the pedestrian alleyway Los Procuradores.
