Here’s a place to find what you want courtesy of celebrity chef and Shropshire food guru, Marcus Bean and his team. Furnace Kitchen is a destination restaurant/cafe at Coalbrookdale Museums, part of the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage site.

Tuck into big breakfast/all-day brunch with the works until 3pm; delicious brioche buns with local bacon or sausage, hot blt, roasted mushroom and Double Gloucester cheese, coffee, cakes and bakes.

Something for lunch? Enjoy a Chicken Kastu burger, Furnace salad bowls, pasta, or pizza. Dinner on Friday nights.

Marcus Bean and his wife run the Brompton Cookery School and Farmhouse B&B in Atcham, Shrewsbury, with courses for budding chefs from, as they say, baking to foraging.
