Berrington Hall

Neoclassical style

Berrington Hall

A wonderful neo-classical mansion near Leominster in Herefordshire, designed by Henry Holland and featuring fine ceilings, fireplaces and furnishings. Find Shakespeare on the ceiling. Also shows how staff went about their work 'below stairs'.

Berrington Hall was Capability Brown's last landscaping commission and the grounds are lovely, with gardens and inviting parkland. Also in the area is Croft Castle, a castellated manor house.
